To lock in your date, just return a signed copy of your agreement along with your deposit within 7 days of making the initial reservation. After that, we may open the venue up to other clients if we haven’t received confirmation.

All Christmas catering is exclusively handled by our in-house, gold-licensed catering team. We offer over 10 menu options to suit a wide range of event styles — from festive sit-down dinners and grazing tables to premium cocktail canapés and formal dining experiences. Whether you're planning a casual gathering or a more refined celebration, there's something to suit every taste.

While we don’t directly provide entertainment, we can recommend pre-qualified suppliers — whether you’re after a DJ, live music, photo booth or performers. We’re happy to help coordinate!

Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your own decorations or work with a styling team. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for setup and pack down.

Our terms will be clearly outlined in your booking agreement. We understand things can change, so if something comes up, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.

There is limited parking available on campus, so we recommend using public transport where possible. The venue is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it easily accessible for your guests.

Pay & Display parking is available on Science Road and around the University of Sydney at a flat rate. Hourly parking is available after 3pm except at the Western Avenue and Shepherd Street Car parks.

Driving away from the city on Parramatta Road turn left into the grounds at the Ross Street entrance, then take the first left onto Science Road. Drive up Science Road and you will arrive at the Holme Building.

Central station is a 20-minute walk along George Street and Parramatta Road. Alternatively, jump on a bus from Central and hop off at the Footbridge bus stop. 

Buses to and from Central station are frequent and easy to catch to the grounds. If you are arriving by bus, there are convenient stops on Parramatta Road. Then it’s a short walk up the Footbridge steps.
